Adoptable Dog in Augusta, Maine Meet Terry

Learn about this terrier pit bull mix and the Kennebec Valley Humane Society

Meet Terry, a lively terrier pit bull mix eagerly awaiting his forever home at the Kennebec Valley Humane Society in Augusta, Maine.

At just over two and a half years old, Terry is a large, white and brindle-coated male with a penchant for playful antics.

He delights in butt scratches, rolling in the grass, and occasionally giving his handler a spirited tug on the leash.

His repertoire of tricks includes "sit," "come," and "shake," especially when treats are involved.

While Terry generally gets along with other animals, he can be selective with male dogs.

Families with children should be prepared for his exuberant energy, as he might unintentionally knock them over during play.

He thrives in environments where his human companions are home more often, as he experiences stress when left alone for extended periods.

To meet Terry, visit the Kennebec Valley Humane Society at 168 Leighton Road, Augusta, ME 04330.

Bring all human and canine family members to ensure a good match.

For more information, call (207) 626-3491 or email [email protected].

Adoption fees apply.

Don't miss the chance to welcome this sturdy, silly companion into your life.
