A major milestone for downtown Waterville was recently celebrated with the ribbon cutting at the historic Lockwood Mill.
This project brings 65 new apartments to the heart of the city, representing a significant investment in both housing and the continued revitalization of the Kennebec River waterfront. The redevelopment preserves the character of one of Waterville’s most recognizable historic buildings while creating new opportunities for residents to live, work, and connect in the downtown area.
